It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our precious mother, Linda.
We remember her as the most loving and beautiful person – how lucky we are.
Linda leaves behind her beloved husband of 65 years, Marcel. They ran Underground Music Store in Petawawa, Ontario for 21 years. They enjoyed a long retirement, their lives surrounded by church and family.
Linda leaves to mourn, her 4 children: Gisele Wilkie-Schruder (Conrad), Marc Bourque, Marcia Munro (Steve), and Brian Bourque (April). Mamere to Brandon (Dian), Nathan (Leanne), Samantha (Tyler), Teron, James, Scott (Haley), Bailey, Evan, Nolan (Lillian), and Josh (Amber). Great-mamere to Kaleb, Sophia, Anthony, Cameron, Avery, and Birkley. Lovingly known as “Momma” to her church family. Sister to Gerald (Viola), Clarence (Yolande), Mona (Bryan), Euclide (Lisa), Leona (Dolore), and Romeo. Predeceased by granddaughter Vanessa Wilkie and parents Alonzo & Catherine Robichaud.
In lieu of flowers, the family would love for you to share your stories, memories, and pictures of their dear mom in the Guestbook section below. Respecting Linda’s wishes, the family will gather at Laurentian View Cemetery for a graveside service in the spring. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
