Linda Bourgeois Obituary
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Linda Marie Bourgeois, which occurred on Wednesday, February 12th, 2025, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born on March 19th, 1951, in Springhill, NS, she is the daughter of the late Hughie and Margaret (Pyke) Guthro. In her earlier years, Linda enjoyed knitting and darts. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Linda is survived by her daughter Tracy Harrison (Rob) of Springhill, NS; son James Fenton (Beverley) of Amherst, NS; brother Gerald Guthro (Nan) of New Brunswick; granddaughter Tori MacKenzie (Evan); great grandson Maverick and her partner Victor. Along with her parents, Linda was predeceased by her infant sister Brenda.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506-646-2424). As per Linda’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. An interment will take place in Springhill, NS at a later date. Donations in memory of Linda may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
