Passed away at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the proud age of 97 years.
Lillian Brodofske (nee Raddatz) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Ferdinand R. Brodofske. Dear mother of Barry (Brenda) Brodofske of New Hamburg and Gaylene (Mike) Klentz of Pembroke. Cherished grandma to Travis (Krystin) Brodofske, Mount Hope; Andrew Brodofske, Kitchener; Derek (Debbie) Klentz, Pembroke; and Jason (Tabitha) Klentz, Pembroke; as well as great-grandma to Ethan (Amy) Klentz, Lily (Travis) Klentz, Emily (John) Klentz, Alexis Gagne-Klentz and Joshua Klentz. Daughter of the late George & Annie Raddatz (nee Schultz). Survived by sister Ruth Page (late Jack), brother Georgie Raddatz (Sheila), sister-in-law Mavis Raddatz (late Ray), Marjorie Raddatz (late Roy), Eva Jessup (late Delbert) and brother-in-law Martin Brodofske. Predeceased by siblings Gladys Schizkoske (late Warren), Glen Raddatz, Marion Raddatz and infant brother Dawson. Lillian will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Monday, May 19 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., and at the Pembroke Pentecostal Tabernacle on Tuesday, May 20 from 9:30 until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. The service will be available virtually. Reception to follow the service. Interment in Pioneer Cemetery, Osceola. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to Pembroke Pentecostal Church or the Ottawa Heart Institute are appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
