Lawrence Capson Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lawrence Edward Capson announces his passing on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Lawrence was born in Saint John, NB, on February 9, 1953.
He will be greatly missed by his devoted wife of 42 years, darling Pat Capson (Arbeau), his son Jason Capson (Tracy), his daughter Cindy Capson (Peter), his beloved grandchildren Jase and Tyrell, and several nieces and nephews. Lawrence will also be remembered fondly by his feline companions, Cali and Dustin.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Lawrence dedicated 50 years of his life to working with the Carpenters Union Local 1386. He was passionate about golf and pool.
Lawrence was predeceased by his parents.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506-646-2424). Visitation will take place on Sunday, January 12, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Fundy Chapel. The family requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Lawrence’s memory.
