Laura Foote Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Laura Lee Foote, who peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Born on October 12, 1972, in Amherst, Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of Judith (Rodgerson) and the late Reverend Kenneth Foote.
In addition to her mother, Judith, Laura is survived by her brothers, Rob Foote, Dwayne Foote (Stephanie), and Daniel Foote (Beverly). She will be deeply missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Laura and her mother, Judith, shared a close and inseparable bond, doing everything together. She had a passion for sewing and creating quilts and was an avid reader who enjoyed listening to southern gospel music. Known for her kindness and cheerful spirit, Laura also cherished her canine companion, Emma.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506-646-2424), a Funeral Service will be held in the Fundy Chapel on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place in the spring at Brown’s Flat Baptist Cemetery.
Donations in her memory may be made towards the Cardiac Innovation Fund with the Saint John Foundation (sjrhfoundation.ca/cardiac-care/#donate) or to the charity of choice.
