Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday January 6, 2025, at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Joao (1979). Cherished mother of Steven (the late Brenda), Jose Eduardo (Rosa), Noemia (Jose Vicente) and Frank (Cindy). Adored grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Laura will also be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St, N. Cambridge where family and friends will be received on Wednesday January 8, 2025, from 6-9p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, 185 Elgin St S, Cambridge, ON N1R 7C8, on Thursday January 9, 2025, at 10a.m. Burial to follow at Mountview Cemetery. Donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Canada, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
