It is with great sadness the family of Lacey announce her passing on Sunday, February 2nd, 2025. Cherished Mom of Leo and the late Liam (2019). Beloved Daughter of Melanie VanDeWalle (Dave) and Robert Schertzberg. Loving Sister of Alexis Schertzberg and Neil Kowalsky (Miranda). Loving Granddaughter of Sandy & the late Andy VanDeWalle. Dear Niece of Andy, Jon, Susie, David, Cheryle, Mary Shelley, Bill, Linda and Janet. Much loved Aunt of Cascious and Layla. Predeceased by Grandparents Bob & Dolly Schertzberg and uncle Matt VanDeWalle. Lacey will be sadly missed by her many other family & friends.
A Celebration of Lacey’s Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford. As expressions of sympathy donations in Lacey’s memory may be made to the Burford Optimist Youth Fund. Keith Ovington 519-449-1112. www.keithovington.ca
