Ken Scharf age 74 of Dunrobin. Cherished brother of Sandra Weagant (Bob) of South Mountain, George Scharf (Anastasia) of Petawawa and the late Darlene Scharf. Predeceased by his parents Marguerite “Peggy” and Edward “Eddie” Scharf of Metcalfe. Loving uncle of Stacey Weagant (Andy) Corput, Wendy Weagant, Leslie Weagant Pattemore, Paula (Mike) Gordon; Johnathon (Janalla) Scharf and Agatha (Barry) Malciw. Great-uncle of Josh, Machar, Lual; Eddie; Hannah, Colin, Victoria; Courtney, Adam, Ellie; Sophia, Boe and Marek. Fondly remembered by special friends Darlene Glason and Sandra Green.
By Ken’s request Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Metcalfe Union Cemetery in the Spring. In lieu of flowers donations in Memory of Ken may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Arrangements entrusted to Byers Funeral Home, South Mountain (613-989-3836).
