Kenneth “Ken” Allan McRae
With family by his side on May 3, 2025, Ken McRae passed away at Strathroy Middle General Hospital one month shy of his 73rd birthday. Loving husband of Bonnie for 54 cherished years. Proud father of Michael (Heather), Steve (Bethany), and Craig (Janet). Beloved grandpa of Hailey, Luke, Jo, Bryan, Caden, Ellyson, Avery, Brody, and Riley. Survived by his sister Marilyn (the late Lee) Emmons. Predeceased by his parents Allan and Doris McRae and his sisters Mildred (Larry) Johnson and Dorothy (the late Bob) Barnes.
Ken was very active in the community, service clubs, and local sports teams. He could often be found at the ballpark or the arena. Ken will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at the Forest Legion.
In memory of Ken, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.
