Unexpectedly, on the evening of Saturday, February 15, 2025,
Kelly was taken from us at the young age of 43. She is now roaming the
beaches and swimming free.
Loving mother to her son; Dason (Chelsey Horne) and daughter;
Jordan (Austin Carter). Beloved sister to Jamie and Vicki (Kevin)
Pell. She was the best Nanny, with help from Pappa Jason Knockwood to
Stella Rose, Salem and Lakelyn.
Kelly was recently predeceased by her parents; Gerald Alfred
“Soupy” Hines and Paula Eileen Hines (nee
MacNeill).
Resting at Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home
from where visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025
from 4-8 p.m. No funeral service by request.
If so desired,
memorial contributions can be made to the Canadian MS Society or the
Canadian Mental Health Association.
