With heavy
hearts, the family announces the passing of Katherine (Kathey) Frances
Campbell 72 of Murray River, following a courageous battle with
cancer, loving wife of 54 years to Brenton (Brent) Arthur Campbell,
occurred on Sunday, February 9, 2025, with family by her side. Born in
Montague, June 5, 1952, daughter of the late John Angus and Margaret
Evelyn (Gosbee) Clarey. Survived by children, Charmayne MacFadyen,
Gaylene (Rob) Colborne, Justin (Tanya) Campbell; sisters, Eunice
Tanton, Maggie Seper, Sadie (Ken) MacKenzie, Teresa (Ian)
Clarey-Campbell, Lynnette (Bill) Duffy; cherished grandchildren,
Sophie MacFadyen, Zachery MacFadyen, Ryder Colborne; aunts, uncles,
cousins, nieces, nephews and many close friends. Predeceased by
son-in-law, Chris MacFadyen; granddaughter, Rubi Maye Campbell;
sister, Alexandra Clarey; brothers-in-law, Roger Tanton and Fred
Seper.
Resting at Ferguson Logan
Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025
from 1:00 till 3:30 pm. Celebration of Life Service to be held in the
Funeral Home Chapel at 4:00 pm. Interment to take place at a later
date in the Murray River Cemetery.
Donations to the
Neo Natal Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown.
