It is with heavy hearts, the family of Karen Rose Jarvis announce her passing which occurred unexpectedly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown on Sunday, March 9, 2025. Born on May 31, 1963, in Cyprus, she was aged 61 years.
She was a loving mother to Joey Perkovic (Fur babies Gremlin and Shadow), Brittney Dadge, and a proud and loving Granny to Alleigha, Jymmie, Kimberlee, and Axxel. In addition, she is survived by her mother Eileen Dadge, sister Jane Dadge and special friends Michelle Gallant, Beulah MacIntyre, Mildred Larocque (Edward), Diane MacDonald, Janine Sheehan, Vera MacInnis, Hilbert and Justin (Sarah) Enslow and all the Members of the Souris Legion. Karen had a passion for Bingo and will be missed by all who had the privilege of playing a game with her.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Sonny “Weldon” Jarvis and Father Dennis Dadge.
A celebration of life will be held in Souris at a later date. If so desired, donations in memory of Karen can be made to the PEI Humane Society or Souris Food Bank.
