Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Monday, January 6, 2025, at Afton Park Place, Karen Farr passed away at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Farr. Loving mother of Janine (Paul) Flynn and Ian (the late Helga) Farr. Cherished grandmother of Caley, Devin (Kristin), Montana, and Austin (Emily). Treasured great grandmother of Kaelynn, Declan, Zahira, and Zakai. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Ada Moyneur. Karen will be deeply missed by all those who loved her dearly. A special thank you to the staff at Afton Park Place-Madison Wing for their dedicated care of Karen.
Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Sunday, January 12, 2025, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Parkinsons Canada and Alzheimer’s Society of Sarnia-Lambton (cheques only at the funeral home please).
