Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Quinte Health Centre-Picton, at the age of 90.
Beloved mother of Lisa and her husband Ron Fitzsimmons. Cherished grandmother of Ashley Fitzsimmons, Victoria Jamhour (Joshua), Brandon Fitzsimmons, and Jennifer Berry and great-grandmother of Jake Moses.
Predeceased by her parents Joseph & Ellen Milne, her siblings Dorothy Halfacree, William Milne, Margaret Amos, and Ronald Milne, and her grandson Gregory Fitzsimmons.
Joyce will be sadly missed by many family and friends.
Joyce enjoyed spending her time gardening, knitting, and listening to music.
A private family service with interment at Union Cemetery will take place.
