Suddenly, after a lifetime of inspiring love, patience and kindness, Joshua Andrew Beer of London and formerly of Strathroy passed away at the age of 38. Dearly loved son of Roy and Christine Beer and brother of Matthew (Angela) and Adam Beer. He was Uncle Josh to Marley, Onyx, Ezra and Aria. Josh was the beloved grandson of Rixford and Dorothy Derby and Rolf and Hilda Beer.
Dear nephew of Terry (Rhonda) Derby, Janice (John) Stokes, Mark Beer, Sigrid Stasko and Monica Beer (Ron). Josh will be lovingly remembered by his many cousins, care workers, roommates and friends from Bluebell Cottage, Participation House, Homeshare, Camp Woodeden and the many other organizations that cared for Josh and allowed his presence to teach so many people what compassion truly is.
Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating Josh’s life on Saturday, March 29th, 2025. Visitation will take place from 12 to 2 pm followed by a ceremony at 2 pm. Interment to follow at Strathroy cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Make A Wish Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy.
