It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye to our husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. At home, surrounded by his family, at the age of 86, Joseph peacefully passed away Monday December 23, 2024. Joe was the loving husband to Kathleen (nee Fitzpatrick) for 64 years. Best Dad ever to Mike(Cindy), Bill(Kathy) & Angela, he will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Jana, Matthew, Ashley, Eric, Josh, Andrew, Alex and Chandra, Old grandpa to Evan, Liam, Kaleb, Lincoln, Neveah, Zaiden and Jack. Special grandpa to Mylo. Joe will also be missed by his brother, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. The oldest son of the late Andrew and Olive Davidson, born in England, Joe moved to Canada at the age of 17. He retired from Stelco in 1997, after 38 years of service. Joe had a passion for soccer, he was a coach and player for many many years as well as one of the founding fathers of Mount Hamilton Youth Soccer club. Cremation has already taken place.
