Obituary of John Edward Anstee
ANSTEE, John Edward, of Port Dover, passed away at Dover Cliffs LTC on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 in his 91st year. Predeceased by his wife Marion (2016). Loving father and father-in-law of Vaughn and Deena Anstee and Marilyn and Tom Jordan all of Port Dover. Cherished grandfather of Kaylie (Ryan), Ryleigh and Brendan; great-grandfather of Logan and Tanner. Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of David and Donna Anstee, and Clair and Catherine Hammond. Predeceased by his parents William and Frances Anstee, brothers Bill Anstee and his wife Mary Lou and Bob Anstee and his wife Lynda. John was a lifelong resident of Port Dover and a very active community member. He was a lifetime member of the Port Dover/Woodhouse Horticultural Society, a member of Grace United Church and Marburg Community Hall. Family and friends are invited to share their memories of John at visitation at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 102 First Ave, Port Dover 519-583-1530 on Monday, March 24, 2025 from 10 a.m. to noon, a Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home Chapel at noon.
