John Steven Luckanuck Obituary
We are saddened to announce the passing of John on April 1, 2025 in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Sylvia (nee Mason) for 70 years. Loving father of Teresa (Don) and David (Jennifer). Grandfather to Lauren, Jamie Lee, Haley, Owen and Adam; Great-Grandfather of Nova Lee and Mira. Predeceased by his parents Mary and William Lukaniuk and his brother Nicholas and sisters Ella and Ann.
John had a long career in sales and owned and operated Canadian Modular Homes and Luckway Motor Homes. He had many interests and enjoyed the friendships he made as a member of the Masonic Lodge (Flamborough 357), Scottish Rite – Hamilton, OPP Auxiliary, International Police Association, OPP Veterans, Flight 28 and the Canadian Seaplane Association.
Friends may visit with the family at MILLGROVE UNITED CHURCH, 370 Concession 5 West, Millgrove on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 1 p.m. until the start of a Funeral Service at 2 p.m. followed with interment at Millgrove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to Millgrove United Church, The Carpenter Hospice or a charity of your choice in his memory would be very much appreciated by his family.
