It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of John Robert Harrison on February 18, 2025 in Petrolia, Ontario at the age of 73 years.
Lovingly remembered as “Pops” by his daughters, Danielle (Dustin) Duchcherer, Jen (Wade) Smith and Angela (Nigel) Harrison, he was a proud Grandpa of Camden, Colbe, Miles, Nora, Gavin, Logan and Chloe. He is survived by his brother Gary (Linda) Harrison, and predeceased by his parents James and Marion (nee Nickell) Harrison.
A cherished father, grandfather, and friend, John was a kind and gentle soul who will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by those who knew him.
A private gathering of family and close friends will be organized and take place in Alberta. As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to any organization that reflects your own memory of John.
Pops, we hope you are riding your lawn tractor and enjoying a round of golf somewhere beautiful. Love you and miss you forever.
