Peacefully
at the Brantford General Hospital, Brantford, ON, the passing of John
“Gordon” Cameron, age 70, formerly of Montague, occurred on
Tuesday, April 22, 2025, with family by his side. Devoted
and loving husband to Karen (Bethune) Cameron. Born in Halifax, NS,
April 29, 1954, son of the late William and Margaret “Peggy”
(MacDonald) Cameron. Survived by sons Bill (Jill) Cameron, Kevin
Cameron; adored granddaughter Layla; brothers Weldon Cameron, Bill
Cameron; and sister Moira MacDonald.

Predeceased
by brothers George, John at infancy; sisters Alice, Margaret; and
nephew Jed.

Gordon was
last home in December for his nephew Damon’s wedding. It was
one of his nicest trips home in years. Gordon was also very close to
his nephew Brand and enjoyed spending time with him whenever he was
home.

No
Visitation by personal request. Funeral Mass to be celebrated on
Tuesday, April 29, 2025, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 133
Murray St. Brantford, ON at 3:00
pm.

Prince
