John Curtis Emmott passed away peacefully on Friday, January 24. Curtis was predeceased by his parents John and Marjorie (nee McKay) Emmott and his dear wife of 40 years, Patricia. Curt said goodbye to his brother and friend, David (Shasha) and his sister Debbie (Stephen). He is survived by nephew Carl (Tabatha) and nieces Robin (Adam), Beverly (Kyle), Patricia (Jeff), and great nieces Savannah (Hudson) and Maeve, and great nephews Sawyer and Emerson. He will be missed by his goddaughter Maddie and her dad Chris.
Everyone loved Curt, although he insisted he was an acquired taste. He had more speeding tickets than years with a licence and was proud of it. He was a loyal friend and leaves behind long time buddy John Boy and many others. Special thanks to his friends Ken and Dale for their support.
There is no doubt that Curt is now with Pat, the love of his life.
