It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Jessie Lou Paylor (Watson) at her home in Durham on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, in her 76th year. Loving mother of Paul (Steph) and Michael (Fiona). Dear Gramma of Josh (Michelle), Justin (Courtney), Alex (Natalie), Rory and Keegan. Great Gramma of Sierra, Liam, Lincoln and Owen. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Catherine Hollands, Adele (Doug) Ray and Sandy Dewan, brother Ralph (Dianne) Watson, many nieces, nephews and close friends. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Eileen Watson, grandson Jason Paylor and brothers-in-law Jim Hollands and Tom Dewan.
Cremation has taken place. A private family memorial gathering will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Durham Hospital Foundation or the Lung Association would be appreciated.
