hearts, the family of Jenny Rebecca deVries, age 32, announce her
sudden passing due to complications from a brief illness at the Queen
Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, April 25, 2025 surrounded by the love of
her family.
Jenny will be forever loved and
remembered by her mom, Carol deVries (nee MacLeod); dad, Eric deVries;
sister, Christine (Tim) McCarthy; Nephews, Walker & Hank;
Niece, Lainey; grandmother, Jane deVries; special friend Chad Acorn;
many uncles, aunts, cousins, friends that were like family and her
beloved dog Fiona. She was predeceased by her maternal
grandparents Roy & Barbara MacLeod; paternal grandfather
Robert deVries and her beloved cat Alaska.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Funeral Home with visiting
hours on Tuesday, April 29, from 4:00 to 7:00pm. Funeral Service to
take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, April 30 at 1:00
pm. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the PEI Humane
Society would be greatly appreciated.
