JENNIE ZWARYCH lived a life of integrity, generosity and laughter. She was a proud Ukrainian who loved her family, cherished her friends and spoiled her grandchildren. Jennie was the matriarch of her family and community as a whole, known for her courage, wisdom, humour, and compassion. She peacefully passed away at Mackenzie Health Hospital on January 15, 2025 at the age of 95. Daughter of the late Doris Kuproski and George Kupchanko, and sister to Mike Kupchanko (Ann) and the late John Kupchanko (Audrey). Jennie was the legacy of her family alongside her late husband Peter Zwarych. She was a wonderful mother to her son the late Julian Zwarych (Brigitte) and her daughter the late Brenda Robichaud. Jennie will be greatly missed, but never forgotten, by her grandchildren Jennifer Robichaud, Vanessa Robichaud, and Loren Zwarych. Friends may call at MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, 10366 Yonge St., Richmond Hill, on Tuesday January 21, 2025 from 5-8 p.m. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 12pm (there will be an hour for visitation from 11am-12pm). Interment York Cemetery.
