Fleet (Caines), Jean Olive- 87, Sheet Harbour, died Saturday April 5, 2025 in Harbourview Lodge, Sheet Harbour. Born June 20, 1937 in Halifax she was a daughter of the late Samuel & Cora (Feaver) Caines. Jean worked at Moirs Chocolate Factory in her earlier years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, doing puzzles, and spoiling her grandchildren. She loved chocolates and candies (her junkies) and she had a big heart and loved to help her family. Survived by son Robert (Nancy) Fleet, grandchildren; Christian, Madison, Lucas, brother Cecil (Doreen) Caines, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, brothers; Eric, John, sisters; Jessie, Kay and Carrie. No visitation or funeral by request. We would like to say a special thank you to Dr. MacDonald and the staff at Harbourview Lodge nursing home for taking such wonderful care of Mom in her final days.
