La famille annonce avec grande tristesse son décès à Sudbury, le vendredi 28 février 2025 à l’âge de 88 ans. Épouse de feu Jean-Charles Boudreau (1996) et de feu Mario Séguin (2006). Fille de feu Ernest Tessier et de feue Adrienne Charbonneau. Mère bien-aimée de Georges (Caroline), feue Susanne Charbonneau (2024) (Adolphe), Richard (Andrée), Colette Pepin (Normand), Robert (Carmen), Gaëtan (Patricia) et André. Chère soeur de Lucien (Anita) et Madeleine Fredette (Léo). Prédécédée par son frère Armand (Murielle). Lui survivent ses petits-enfants Josée, Mélanie, Yves, Charlyse, Annick, Jesse-Lynn, Anika, feu Vincent (2007), Eric, Renée, Robert “Jr”, Méline, Ivan, Denis, Justin, Jeffrey, Jason, Chad, Jenelle, Jordan et arrière-grand-maman de plusieurs. Elle laisse dans le souvenir les enfants de Mario Seguin qui ont toujours occupé une place spéciale dans son cœur. Elle restera dans la mémoire de plusieurs neveux, nièces, parenté et amis. Jeannine a joué un rôle actif dans son église en siégeant dans divers comités tels que membre de la chorale, ministre de l’Eucharistie, Mariage Encounter, Vie Montante et les Filles d’Isabelle pendant de nombreuses années. Les gens diraient que son sourire était si éclatant qu’il éclairait une pièce, alors maintenant, en tant qu’étoile, elle illuminera le ciel. Désormais, chaque fois que vous rencontrez un agréable parfum floral, cela vous rappellera cette personne spéciale et le parfum qu’elle portait. Jeannine était une fervente catholique depuis toujours et croyait au bonheur promis par Jésus. Elle gardait une lampe allumée par notre Père céleste. Nous la confions à son Amour et la remettons entre ses mains. La famille recevra parenté et amis à la COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE, 4570, rue St-Joseph, Hanmer, le mercredi 5 mars 2025 de 14 h à 17 h et de 19 h à 21 h. Une messe funéraire sera célébrée le jeudi 6 mars 2025 à 10 h à la Paroisse Ste-Marguerite d’Youville, Val Thérèse. The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, Friday, February 28, 2025 at the age of 88 years. Wife of the late Jean-Charles Boudreau (1996) and of the late Mario Séguin (2006). Daughter of the late Ernest Tessier and the late Adrienne Charbonneau. Loving mother of Georges (Caroline), late Susanne Charbonneau (2024) (Adolphe), Richard (Andrée), Colette Pepin (Normand), Robert (Carmen), Gaëtan (Patricia) and André. Dear sister of Lucien (Anita) and Madeleine Fredette (Léo). Predeceased by her brother Armand (Murielle). Cherished grandmother of Josée, Mélanie, Yves, Charlyse, Annick, Jesse-Lynn, Anika, late Vincent (2007), Eric, Renée, Robert “Jr”, Méline, Ivan, Denis, Justin, Jeffrey, Jason, Chad, Jenelle, Jordan and great-grandmother to many. Lovingly remembered by Mario Seguin’s children who always held a special place in her heart. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jeannine lived her life to the fullest, despite her many health challenges over the years. Jeannine had active roles in her church serving in various committees such as being a member of the choir, minister of eucharist, Mariage Encounter and les Filles d’Isabelle for numerous years. People would say her smile was so bright it would light up a room, so now as a star she will light up the sky. From now on, whenever you encounter a pleasant floral scent, it will be a reminder of this special person and the fragrance she wore. Jeannine was a lifelong devout catholic and believed in the happiness promised by Jesus. She kept her lamp lit from our heavenly Father. We entrust her to his Love and place her in his hands. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph Street, Hanmer on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Therese. Donations by cheque or online to Maison McCulloch Hospice will be appreciated.
