C’est avec tristesse que nous vous
annonçons le décès de M. Jean-Roch
Légaré, survenu à sa
résidence, le samedi 8 février 2025,
à l’âge de 64 ans. Il était
l’époux de Brigitte St-Cœur et
demeurait à Lower Newcastle. Né le 13
décembre 1960, il était fils de feu
Jean-René Légaré et de feu Huguette
Gauthier.
Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil la fille
de son épouse, Felicia (Luc) et sa petite-fille, Lillyan;
ses frères et sœurs : Johanne (Richard
Klushecov), Sylvie (Brian Forsey), Guylaine (Gilles
Ménard), Colette, Patrick (Lise Parmentier) et Ghyslain
(Eugénie Lagacé), ainsi que plusieurs
beaux-frères, belles-sœurs, neveux,
nièces, cousins et cousines.
M. Légaré était un ancien
combattant des forces armées canadiennes pour plus de 22
ans.
La famille recevra parents et amis à compter de
midi, le mardi 18 février, à la Maison Robichaud
& Fils, 50, rue Otho, à Neguac. Les
funérailles auront lieu en l’église
Saint-Bernard de Neguac, le même jour, soit le mardi 18
février, à 14h.

It is with sadness that we announce the death of Mr.
Jean-Roch Légaré, at his residence, on Saturday,
February 8, 2025, at the age of 64. He was the husband of Brigitte
St-Cœur and lived in Lower Newcastle. Born on December 13,
1960, he was the son of the late Jean-René
Légaré and the late Huguette
Gauthier.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his wife’s daughter,
Felicia (Luc) and his granddaughter, Lillyan; his brothers and
sisters: Johanne (Richard Klushecov), Sylvie (Brian Forsey), Guylaine
(Gilles Ménard), Colette, Patrick (Lise Parmentier) and
Ghyslain (Eugénie Lagacé), as well as several
brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and
cousins.
Mr. Légaré was a veteran of the
Canadian Armed Forces for more than 22 years.
The family will receive relatives and friends starting at
noon, Tuesday, February 18, at Maison Robichaud & Fils, 50,
Otho road, Neguac. The funeral will take place at the Saint-Bernard
church in Neguac, the same day, Tuesday, February 18, at 2
p.m.
Visiting hours: Tuesday, February 18, from noon to 1:45
p.m.
