TREMBLAY, Jean-Claude (le 10 mai 1939 – le 13 février 2025) – Décédé paisiblement avec sa famille à ses côtés au Oak Lodge – Kirkwood Place (Programme régional de traitement des démences) à Sudbury, jeudi le 13 février 2025, à l’âge de 85 ans.
Époux bien-aimé de feu Mona Tremblay pendant 54 ans (décédée en 2017), et époux bien-aimé de Ginette Dubreuil (mariée en 2019). Père aimant de Brigitte Tremblay (Gérard Levesque), Nathalie Tremblay (Creg Morty) et Ginette Tremblay-Blais (Laurent Blais). Fier grand-père de Krystel (Brandon), Jason (Christina), Michaël, Casandra (Dorion), Stacey (Brad), Joanie (Matthew), Andy (Tabitha), Alexandre (Allyson), Mathieu (Amélie) et Noémie (Ryan). Fier arrière-grand-père de Mason, Eva, Jaydee, Roman, Éloïse, Emma, Greyson, Damien, Charlee-Jo, Taylor, Lyrah, Cédric, Leah-Anne, Maeva, Rylee et Oaklynn. Il manquera beaucoup à ses sœurs, frères, belles-sœurs, beaux-frères, nièces et neveux et ainsi qu’à la famille de son épouse Ginette Dubreuil. Il fut prédécédé par ses parents, Rose Roy et Antoine Tremblay.
Les visites auront lieu à l’église Ste-Cécile de Dubreuilville, le samedi 17 mai 2025, à partir de
9h00 jusqu’à l’heure de la messe commémorative à 10h30. L’incinération a eu lieu au River’s Edge Cremation Centre, à Sault Ste. Marie.
Des dons commémoratifs à la Société Alzheimer – Sault Ste. Marie et district d’Algoma seraient
grandement appréciés par la famille.
La famille tient à remercier chaleureusement la Dr. Hayes et le personnel infirmier du Oak Lodge – Kirkwood Place (Programme régional de traitement des démences) à Sudbury pour les soins exceptionnels prodigués à Jean-Claude.

TREMBLAY, Jean-Claude (May 10, 1939 – February 13, 2025) – Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Oak Lodge – Kirkwood Place (The Regional Dementia Care Program) in Sudbury, on Thursday February 13, 2025, at the age of 85.
Beloved husband of the late Mona Tremblay for 54 years (deceased in 2017), and beloved husband of Ginette Dubreuil (married in 2019). Loving father of Brigitte Tremblay (Gérard Levesque), Nathalie Tremblay (Creg Morty) and Ginette Tremblay-Blais (Laurent Blais). Proud grandfather of Krystel (Brandon), Jason (Christina), Michaël, Casandra (Dorion), Stacey (Brad), Joanie (Matthew), Andy (Tabitha), Alexandre (Allyson), Mathieu (Amélie) and Noémie (Ryan). Proud great grandfather of Mason, Eva, Jaydee, Roman, Éloïse, Emma, Greyson, Damien, Charlee-Jo, Taylor, Lyrah, Cédric, Leah-Anne, Maeva, Rylee and Oaklynn. He will be sadly missed by his sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews as well as by the family of his wife Ginette Dubreuil. He was predeceased by his parents, Rose Roy and Antoine Tremblay.
Visitation will take place at the Ste-Cécile Church in Dubreuilville, on Saturday, May 17, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m. Cremation has taken place at River’s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society – Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma District would be greatly appreciated by the family.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hayes and the nursing staff of the Oak Lodge – Kirkwood Place (The Regional Dementia Care Program) in Sudbury for the exceptional care that was given to Jean-Claude.
