Jean Branscombe Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Jean Branscombe, announces her passing at her residence on Monday, February 3, 2025. Born in Sus, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late Ora and Vivian (Fairweather) Dole.
Jean was dedicated to her family and Church, Mountain View United. She enjoyed knitting and providing baby layettes and new born caps for the hospital.
Our mother was pre-deceased by our father Harold (2005), her parents Ora and Vivian, her brothers Cecil (2019), and Harold (2020).
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Donna (Mike), son Douglas (Betty), son Gary (Mariette), daughter Cindy (Bill), sister-in-law Rose, grandchildren Heather (Chad), Julie (Dan), Kyle (Natalie), Natalie, Jeff (Tracy), Ian, Yan (Amy), Vincent (Cherise), Emilie, Katelynn, Keith (Grace) and 16 great-grandchildren. She was a loving sister to Barb, June and Shirley (Bob), who enjoyed spending time together.
At Mom’s request, there will be no visitations. The family will hold a private memorial at a later date. Any donations in Jean’s memory can be made to the Mountain View United Church.
