Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Orillia on January 31, 2025. John Kurc in his 79th year, beloved husband of Victoria Kurc (nee: Ostrowski). Loving father of Derek (Donna), Peter, Daniel (Lauren), and Robert. Dear grandfather of Taylor, Justin, Josh, and Sonny. Fondly remembered by his brother Kazimierz Kurc (Kazimiera). Forever in the hearts of the Ostrowski and Ornowski Families. Remembered with love by his extended family, friends, and horses.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham 905-936-3477 on Tuesday February 4, 2025 from 5-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. James Church Colgan 2118 Adjala Tecumseth Townline Tottenham on Wednesday February 5, 2025 at 11am. Interment will take place in St. James Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Funeral Home’s Cliffside Hall.
