It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Jay in his 47th year. Son of the late Gary & Nancy LaForme. Son-in-law to Russell & Wanda Green. Beloved husband to Amanda. Loving father to John (predeceased), Sierra, Bry (Kiera), Kayden (Carly) and Punx. Grandfather to Greyson, Coco, and Nate. Brother to Darla (predeceased), Darrall (Ciara), Cindy & Josh. Uncle to Owen, DJ, Drayton, Zane, Piper, Collin, Connor, Kalli, Aurora, Ben, and Olivia. Chosen family of Little (Pam), Shannon, Lexie, Mitch & Corinne, Mags, Al & Dee, and Cornell family.
Resting at his home, 2979 Mississauga Rd., Hagersville after 4pm on Thursday where funeral service and burial will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 1pm. Arrangements by Hyde & Mott Chapel, Hagersville. www.rhbanderson.com
