Obituary
It is with heavy heart that the family announces the passing of James “Jim” Power on February 7, 2025.
Predeceased by his parents, Madeline and Michael Power; brothers, Ron and Larry; wife, Eileen; and special companion, Joan Mullins.
Jim leaves to mourn his son, Jimmy; daughter, Debbie; sisters, Jean Decker (John) and Madeline Gosse (Stan); brothers: Ed (Linda), Michael (Sonia) and Rick; and sister-in-law, Marie; Jim was adored and loved by his nieces, nephews, their families and the Mullins family.
Jim grew up in Mundy Pond and over the years spent his time landscaping, driving heavy equipment, taxiing and tinkering with vehicles. He was a great dancer and enjoyed spending time dancing up a storm at the Legion and the BIS. Jim was an avid swimmer and spent many days swimming at the Mews Center.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
