It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jim Kakuk on January 4, 2025. Beloved husband of 50 years to Carol; father of Mike (Kelly) and Steve (Melissa); fun-loving papa of Matthew and Jason. Predeceased by his parents Elizabeth and Steve and his brothers Frank and Steve.
Jim will be dearly missed by extended family and close friends, all of whom he loved dearly. Jim was a professional engineer and part-owner of Fuller Construction until his retirement in 2007. Jim was an exceptional man whose kindness and sense of humour left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Memorial Visitation will be at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor 519-969-5841 on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Visiting continues on Thursday from 10am until time of Service at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
We will cherish the memories of Jim and carry his love in our hearts forever.
