It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jacqueline Bertotti on January 28th, 2025. Jacqueline was a wonderful daughter of Debbie Prentice (Tim Hill) and Bill Prentice. A beloved spouse of Kevin Mckim. A cherished mother of Brandon Bertotti (Tricia Verfaillie), Chantelle Bertotti, Dylan Bertotti, and Taylor Bertotti. A mothering influence of Kirsten McKim (Christian Donais), Ryan Amato (Rae-Lynn), and Katie Amato. Jacqueline also tookk many others under her wing as her own. A very proud Nana J of Rivington, Ryerson, and Amelia Bertotti, Milena and Ivanna. A half sister of Laine Prentice (Lucie Richard), Daniel Patterson, Brandi Patterson and will be missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jacqueline was born June 6th, 1971 in Stratford, Ontario. She was very family oriented and enjoyed being surrounded by them. Her love language was cooking and baking. She enjoyed spending many days in the sun whether it was covered in dirt farming or with a rod in hand on the boat fishing. Jacqueline was known to be a “Jackie of all trades”.
Jacqueline will be remembered for living her life to the fullest, despite her many challenges. Her greatest joys and accomplishments were the love of her spouse Kevin and the gift of being a Mother and Grandmother.
In honour of Jacqueline a Celebration of Life to take place at Kent-Belgian-Dutch-Canadian Club (34 Byng Ave, Chatham, ON, N7M 3E2) on Thursday, February 6th, 2025 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.. With words of remembrance at 7 p.m..
