Irene (Sam) Evelyne Courchene (Bellwood)
April 17, 1944 – January 6, 2025
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Irene Bellwood, affectionately know as Sam on Monday, January 6, 2025 in Whitecourt at the age of 80 years.
Sam will be remembered by her daughter Debbie Linsley; siblings, Harold and Norman Bellwood; sister-in-law, Lynne Bellwood and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sam was predeceased by her parents, Leyster and Rosalta Bellwood and her brother Gordon Bellwood.
As per Sam’s wishes there will be no formal service, but she will be going for a last snowmobile ride and one more fishing trip with her nephew Blaine.
In lieu of flowers consider making a donation in Sam’s name directly to the SPCA.
