Irene Eva Elliott passed away at home on March 3, 2025, born in North Bay on October 25, 1932. She was predeceased by husband of 60 years Albert Roy Elliott, parents Charles and May Trounsell, brother George of North Bay, sister Marion Sasseville of Lively. Survived by brother Donald of British Columbia.
Irene retired in 1986 as Manager of Zellers store in Barrie.
She will be remembered with love and affection by her many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie. If desired, a donation in her name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society. Interment and memorial service to take place in spring at Barrie Union Cemetery, 338 Sunnidale Rd., Barrie. Online condolences and memories may be shared via www.steckleygooderham.com
