Moncton, N.-B – Patricia Rita Talbot, 92, passed away peacefully at Faubourg du Mascaret, Pavillon Richard, on January 22nd, 2025.
Born in Quebec City, she was the daughter of the late Leandre Trepanier and the late Regina Ferland. She was predeceased by her husband James (Skip) Talbot; as well as her siblings JeanPaul, Yvette, Roger, Armand,Yolande ,and Marie-Paule.
Her family was her priority. She loved her husband children completely. She will be sadly missed by her two sons: Michel Talbot of Elmhill, and Jacques Talbot (Judy Cook) of Kemptville; her three daughters: Lise Talbot (Jude Perreault) of Sept-Iles, Sandra Talbot (Jean-Baptiste Quirion) of Longueuil, and Christine Talbot of Dieppe; her ten grandchildren: Jason, Melissa, Jill, Erica, Jeffrey, Michelle, Angela, Jacqueline, Danielle, and Xavier; her two great granddaughters: Isabelle and Abigail; her two sisters: Denyse Lepine of Quebec QC, and Pierrette Chandonnet of Ottawa ON; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Patricia had many talents; she could sing beautifully, was a skilled and creative seamstress and knitter. And what lovely desserts she could bake up in a whiff. She had a passion for music, for basketball and was an avid reader. While raising and caring for her family she also worked for Quebec Air and was a civil servant .
There will be no visitation or funeral.
The family wishes to express their gratitude towards the staff of the Faubourg du Mascaret for their great care and attention given towards Patricia during her stay.
