Bouctouche, NB – It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Monique Cormier, 54, on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.
Born in Bouctouche, NB, she was the daughter of the late Jean-Noël and Marie-Paul Cormier (LeBlanc).
Monique will be sadly missed by her mother: Marie-Paul Cormier and her stepdad: Alonzo Bastarache; her son: Camille Cormier of Bouctouche; her brothers and sisters: Jacques Cormier of Bouctouche, Debbie Cormier of Moncton, Kevin Cormier of Bouctouche and Edmée Gionet (Kevin) of Moncton; her godson: Edouard; also by the father of her son: Henri Poirier of Bouctouche.
As per request, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. Burial will take place at St-Jean-Baptiste Cemetery in Bouctouche later this spring, where she will rest in peace with her father.
