It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Louis Arseneault, 77, on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, at the Villa du Repos in Moncton.
Born in Rogersville, he was the son of the late François and the late Edna Arseneault (Babineau).
Louis will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Diane Arseneault; their son, Marc Arseneault of Moncton; his grandchildren: Miguel Duguay, Hunter Arseneault, and Abel Arseneault; his brother, Paul (Diane) Arseneault of Moncton; his sister, Eva (Fidèle) Doucet of Rogersville; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Carole (Manuel) Doiron on December 6th, 2024, as well as two infant siblings: Rolande and Ronald.
Louis had been a member of council 6468 of the Knights of Columbus and frequently did volunteer work for many different organizations over the years.
Visitations will be held at Passage (625 Mountain Road, Moncton) on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025, from 2:00pm until time of service. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 4:00pm.
Donations in memory of Louis can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of New Brunswick.
