Bouctouche, N.-B – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elizabeth “Lezzée” Hébert, 87, of Bouctouche, on Monday, February 10th, 2025, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.
Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent on August 14, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Alban Allain and the late Hélène (Bastarache) Allain.
She is survived by her daughter, Diana (Laurie) Saulnier de St-Maurice; her sons, Raymond (Pauline) and Laurie (Doris), both of Bouctouche; one brother Yvon “Mada” (Pierette) Allain of Bouctouche, her sisters, Léa (Late Hervé) Gallant and Gloria Allain, both of Bouctouche, and Thérese (Fernand) Léger of Cap-Pelé; her grandchildren, Normand, Tina, Marcel, Jessica, Mathieu, Julie, and Serge; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Alban and Hélene, she was predeceased by her husband Lionel (2024), her sister Noella, and her brothers Emery, Roger, Léo-Paul, and Donald.
Visitation will be held at the Passage-Bouctouche Funeral Cooperative (29 Rue de l’Église, Bouctouche, NB. 506-743-2207) on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 3:45. The funeral service will be held at the St-Jean Baptiste church, Bouctouche, at 4 pm.
