A special thank-you to the entire team in the Stroke Unit (7 South) at the Hamilton General Hospital for the exceptional care and compassion they provided Heather. In lieu of flowers. donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. A private celebration for Heather will take place at a future date.
