HEBERT, Harold Herbert – Peacefully at Marianhill on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024 in his 92nd year. Harold Hebert of Cobden, beloved husband of the late Bertha Marie Hebert (nee Wojcik). Loving father of Marc, Craig (Helen) and Bradley (Eva). Caring grandfather of Danielle, Andrew, Jay, Kevin, Avalon, Joel, Jasper and Emma. Dear brother of Joan (the late Jack) William, Linda (Michael) Weeks, Carol (Joe) Bieda.
Born on the prairies but settling in Toronto he cherished the times with his family and friends playing crib, darts and billiards and the many celebrations around the holidays and family reunions. A cowboy at heart he will be in heaven “Singing the Cattle Call”
A baker, part time farmer, former union leader, Industrial manager, long time hockey coach, diehard Leafs and Argos supporter and Iover of old time country music, Harold worked hard to support his family and loved golfing with his sons and being lucky to share his life for 62 years with his wife Bertha.
Respecting Harold’s wishes, cremation has taken place with no funeral service at this time. A Celebration of LIfe will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated. Arrangements by the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke.
