1966-2025
Kinney, Gregory Raymond, Back Bay, N.B, passed away
peacefully February 5, 2025 at the Charlotte County Hospital, after a
lengthy illness. Born at Blacks Harbour NB on March 2, 1966, he was a
son of the late Raymond & Mary (Ward) Kinney. Survived by one
sister; Ann Kinney, Back Bay, N.B, brothers: Bob (Brenda) Kinney, St.
George, N.B, Stephen Kinney, St. George, N.B, nephews: Ben (Stephanie)
Kinney, Lake Utopia, N.B, Jeremy Kinney, Fredericton, N.B, great
nephews & nieces: Marissa, Josh, Layla, Abbi, Taylor, Jordan,
Paige and cousins.
Greg retired from Lake Utopia Paper May 2022 after 38 years
of service. He enjoyed going on trips on his motorcycle, snowmobiling
and walking. Greg also attended the Back Bay Church of Christ. He will
be greatly missed by his family as well as all who knew
him.
There will be no visitation or service as per
Greg’s wishes. A graveside service to be announced at a
later date for family & friends. In Greg’s memory,
donations to a charity of the donors choice would be greatly
appreciated by the family.
The family would like to thank the Saint John Regional
Hospital (Oncology) nurses, doctors and staff, the Charlotte County
Hospital, NB Extra Mural St. George all for their excellent
care, Charlotte County Cancer Society as well as all who sent cards
and supported Greg at all of the fund raisers.It was greatly
appreciated.
