Obituary of Grant McTavish
McTavish- Grant Robert of Lambeth passed away peacefully, on Tuesday April 29, 2025 at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 83. Dearly loved husband of 55 years of Lynn (Brandon) McTavish and dear father of Sandy and his wife Ardi McTavish and Sarah McTavish. Proud grandfather of Brandon, Kyle and Nicole. Dear brother of Dan (late Phyllis), Ruth Barlow (Burt) and was predeceased by brother Alan (late Judy). He will be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
Grant was born April 6, 1942 in London, the son of the late Robert and Bernice (Break) McTavish. He was a retired accountant. Grant was a 25- year volunteer fireman with the Lambeth Fire Department, he was a handy man and loved carpentry, reading and thoroughly enjoyed boating.
The family are having a private family service. Public visitation will take place at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home 2240 Wharncliffe Rd S Lambeth on Saturday, May 3rd from 4-6 pm.
