July 23, 1956 – March 16, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Gord at his home in Minden.
Gord was a proud Newfie who was always joking and he was everyone’s favourite face at the golf course. He adored his grandkids — Danica, Lincoln, Rome, and Naia — more than anything else in this world.
Gord leaves behind his beloved wife Karen, son Todd (Lindsay), daughter Danielle (Gavin), his cherished grandchildren, and his sister Karen. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Ethel Mae. His family was everything to him, and he will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
A true character with a heart of gold, Gord’s memory will live on in the laughter and love he brought into every room. Rest easy, Gord — your jokes, your smile, and your love will never be forgotten.
The family wishes to thank all who have reached out with love and support during this time.
Gord’s Golf Day will be held this summer to celebrate his life on a date and time that will be announced.
