Gordon David Stiles of
Riverview, NB formerly of Lakeville, Westmorland Co, NB passed away
after a lengthy illness. It seems fitting that he chose this date to
go “fly with the angels” as it is the 24th anniversary of
Dad’s passing.
Gordon is survived by
his beautiful daughters Katrina (Jesse) of Saint Paul, NB and Samantha
of Riverview, NB and his sister Lori Thurrott (Trevor).
He was predeceased by
his parents Dave and Linda (Brown) Stiles, as well as both sets of
grandparents.
Gord loved to sing,
not a day would go by without music. Going to Karaoke was his regular
routine for years. When he was able, he could be found in the kitchen
cooking something or other. He also enjoyed a good game of pool. The
cottage in Dorchester Cape was his happy place and somewhere he loved
to be. Travelling around on his scooter the past 2 summers made him
happy.
Gord had a rough go of
it the past few years so he would want you to be happy and remember
the good times.
The family will be
receiving friends and relatives at Cobb’s Funeral Home and
Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road Riverview (506-869-2007) on
Sunday, January 12, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM with a time to share
memories and stories at 2:30 PM. Donations may be made to
the Diabetes Association of NB; The NB Heart & Stroke
Foundation or to the charity of the donor’s
