Mr. Glenn “Ron” Ronald Roy Labadie, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 29, 2025 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, in Chatham, at the age of 84 years.
Son of the late Alvin and Violet (Shaw) Foster.
Beloved husband of the late Linda Labadie (2016).
Loving father and father-in-law of Mark (Ann Marie) Labadie, Tim (Carolyn) Labadie, Aimee (Jon) Watson, Don Thompson, Carrie Thompson and the late Mike Labadie.
Sadly missed by his grandchildren Corey, Sarah, Ryan, Skylar and Jayden and great grandchildren Jonathan and Dakota.
Kind brother of Penny Daniels, Viola Landon, the late Harold Labadie and Ruby Solski and Nettie Smith. He will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Ron loved The Price Is Right, Horse Racing, Hunting and Fishing. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the CBD Club in Wallaceburg.
Cremation will take place.
Friends and family will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Wednesday September 3rd from 4-7 pm. Interment of Ashes will take place at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Chatham Kent Hospice may be left at the funeral home.
