Passed away at Carveth Care Centre on Monday March 24, 2025 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Joy Slack. Much loved father of Cindy Carswell, Christa Carswell- Tribble (Michael), Curtis (Joanne). Cherished grandfather of Tessa, Cole, Mason, Tye, and Kasey. Step grandfather of Megan, Moses, and Mia. Predeceased by 2 brothers Floyd and Cliff Carswell, and by 2 sisters Masie Bellenger, and Marie Gaudet. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Saturday April 5 from 10:00 am until time of memorial service in the chapel at 12:00 pm. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Gananoque Curling club would be greatly appreciated by the family.
