The passing of Germaine Larocque (Dugas), wife of the late Arthur Larocque, occurred on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at York Care Centre, Fredericton, NB. Born on January 2, 1932 in Campbellton, NB, she was the last surviving member of her immediate family, predeceased by her parents and siblings.
Germaine is survived by her daughter, Carole Hepperle (Bruce) of Big Cove, Queens County, NB; her grandchildren, Amiellie Lanteigne (Tyler Strycker) of Edmonton, AB, Danniel Lanteigne of Fredericton, NB, Zoe Lanteigne (Tal MacBean) of Fredericton, NB, Michael Hepperle of Fredericton, NB and Kristen Hepperle of Calgary, AB; great-grandchildren, Paisley Strycker, Patrice “Patty” Strycker, Jolene Strycker, Marlie Lanteigne, Hailey Mallery, Silas Henderson, Cohen Henderson, Ava Adshade and Jason Mackie; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation or service at this time. Interment will take place in Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery, Campbellton, NB at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
Germaine Larocque (Dugas), épouse de feu Arthur Larocque, est décédée le jeudi 30 janvier 2025 au York Care Centre, à Fredericton (N.-B.). Née le 2 janvier 1932 à Campbellton, NB, elle était la dernière survivante de sa famille immédiate, précédée de ses parents et de ses frères et sœurs.
Germaine laisse dans le deuil sa fille, Carole Hepperle (Bruce) de Big Cove, comté de Queens, N.-B. ; ses petits-enfants, Amiellie Lanteigne (Tyler Strycker) d’Edmonton, AB, Danniel Lanteigne de Fredericton, N.-B., Zoe Lanteigne (Tal MacBean) de Fredericton, N.-B., Michael Hepperle de Fredericton, N.-B. et Kristen Hepperle de Calgary, AB ; arrière-petits-enfants, Paisley Strycker, Patrice « Patty » Strycker, Jolene Strycker, Marlie Lanteigne, Hailey Mallery, Silas Henderson, Cohen Henderson, Ava Adshade et Jason Mackie ; plusieurs cousins, cousines, nièces et neveux.
Il n’y aura pas de visite ni de service pour le moment. L’inhumation aura lieu au cimetière Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, à Campbellton, au Nouveau-Brunswick, à une date ultérieure.
