Geraldine passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Monday, April 21st, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Jim Nelson. Loving mother of Lisa (Eric Stormer) of Edmonton. Dear grandmother of Hannah and Abigail Stormer. Cherished sister to Aileen Bone.
Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Thursday April 24th, 2025 from 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11 am. Interment, Port Hope Union Cemetery.
If desired, memorial contributions may be made by cheque to The Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or Northumberland Humane Society.
